How much does self storage cost?
Please visit the "Rent A Unit" page to see current prices and specials for RV, boat, semi-truck parking and self-storage units.
How long are your storage leases?
Month-to-month.
When can I move in?
Once you've rented a unit and e-signed the rental agreement.
How much notice needs to be given to move out?
30 days
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit cards, debit cards or ACH. We do not accept cash.
Do you sell boxes or storage supplies?
Not at this time.
Are there any items that I am not able to store?
Yes. Hazardous materials, illegal goods, and other items listed in our lease contract are not allowed inside our facility.
Am I required to sign a lease agreement?
Yes. It will be sent to you by docusign after you reserve your unit.
Does there have to be someone in the office to access my unit?
No. You will have access to your unit 24/7. We do not have an office in the facility. It is a Contactless Facility.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require:
- Government-issued photo ID (example: driver's license, state ID, or passport).
- Vehicle information (License plate and vehicle VIN number required).
- Vehicle/vessel proof of registration, if applicable.
- Proof of insurance (Copy of insurance card or policy page).
Do you offer RV maintenance, cleaning or other services?
No, but we can provide a list of service providers.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance is the tenant's responsibility. RV Storage Vault does not insure the customer's vehicle or other property. Insurance is required on all stored vehicles/boats.
